Help with Payments

Making a Payment

Payments on Logosauce are handled by PayPal. When you make a payment on logosauce you will have two options. PayPal's Payment Express or Credit Card (processed by PayPal).

If you choose to pay with PayPal Express you will be transferred to PayPal to confirm your payment method and billing address. You will then return to Logosauce to complete your purchase.

Receiving a Payment

Once the seven day holding period (that commences when a logo is sold or source artwork is uploaded for a winning competition) has lapsed Designers will be paid based on the PayPal information stored in their profile.

Any problems with the source files supplied to the client can hold up payment so be sure to liase with the client before uploading to be sure you are providing them with what the need.
