Editing a competition
Competitions can only be edited by the competition owner before the competition is approved. To edit a competition sign in and click the edit button on the competitions detail page.
Editing a competition is much the same as creating a competition. You can however only edit the brief content. The close date and prize value are not editable.
- Competition Name: Name your competition, the name of your logo is the best way to name it.
- The Brief: What are you trying to accomplish with your brand. The more info the designer has the more relevant their design can be.
- Your Target Audience: Who do you want your logo to appeal to. This is very important for designers as it helps them make critical decisions about how to craft your logo. The broader the target audience the harder it is to appeal to them visually. Include specifics such as age range, gender, profession, etc.
- Technical Requirements: What are the necessary requirements for your logo? Spot colors, readability at a minimum size. Be specific as things that may seem small can have a vast impact on the usability of a design and the process taken to reach a solution.
